** Perform detailed cleaning, including mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch areas.

** Training & Quality:
** Train new hires, demonstrate proper equipment usage, and conduct walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved.

** Inventory & Maintenance:
** Monitor supply levels, report equipment repairs, and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals.

** Communication:
** Act as primary contact for clients to address concerns and report to supervisors regarding staff performance or site issues.
