Maintenance Technician – $27.75+ Based on Experience

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience to support plant operations in Houston. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

  Starting at $27.75/hour (DOE)

• Overtime:
  Must be willing to work OT, weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of all plant equipment
• Perform and document scheduled and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and equipment logs
• Ensure maintenance shop remains clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform machine adjustments to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with production supervisors to improve equipment efficiency
• Train and guide maintenance personnel on proper repair procedures and safe equipment operation
• Assist Plant Manager in obtaining vendor quotes for repairs and capital projects
• Install new equipment for small capital projects
• Oversee outside contractors during major projects to ensure work meets scope and quality standards
• Maintain and oversee plant fire protection and security systems
• Order maintenance parts, tools, and shop supplies
• Ensure all customer-owned equipment and property are properly maintained

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience
• Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment independently
• Flexible availability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
