Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are looking for a reliable and observant Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the daily operations of the community.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and receptiveness to surroundings
• Awareness of general safety and sanitation procedures while performing tasks

• Maintain the tidy appearance of the property by regularly walking and inspecting the premises
• Sweep and dispose of debris, trash, and animal droppings in proper receptacles
• Clear sidewalks and pathways of weeds and loose grass
• Notify the manager of any unhealthy or dead landscape plantings
• Ensure all exterior lighting is operational and report outages
• Perform minor repairs including replacing windows, screens, and sliding glass doors
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells as needed
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks as requested by management
• Distribute resident communications, including newsletters, event flyers, and pest control notices
• Must be okay working outside in all elements
