Painter Technician - Part Time

Job Summary

Perform cosmetic maintenance, upgrades and repairs to hotel, club and spa rooms and facilities including painting, carpentry, cabinetry, furniture maintenance, and flooring repairs. Respond to calls and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all aspects of the Engineering Department Standards and Policies.

• Perform assigned inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities and accurately document all work performed.
• Perform assigned light construction and painting activities in a neat and professional manner with minimal impact to our guests, members and employees.
• Comply with all Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa / Engineering Department policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and public areas in an effective, professional, and timely manner.
• Respond as required to all emergency conditions such as evacuation, fire, power failure, flood, hurricane, etc.
• Clean all shops and material storage areas, order and maintain proper inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure a well-organized department and Campus.
