ABM Industries - - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of floor cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.;
Manage daily cleaning tasks including mopping, cleaning restrooms, carpet cleaning, windows, dusting, pressure washing, upholstery, etc.;
Train new team members on floor care techniques and safety procedures.;
Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, and coordinate maintenance as needed.;
Inspect work performed by team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
