JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper is responsible for assisting the occupancy team in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees, visitors, and clients. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including maintaining common areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces, as well as performing routine maintenance and handling minor repairs when necessary.

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, and other public spaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Dust and clean surfaces, windowsills, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, ensuring proper waste separation where required.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, break rooms, and other common spaces.
- Clear debris from sidewalks and other outdoor areas.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replacements when necessary.
- Monitor the building for safety hazards and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist in event set-ups and clean-ups as required.
- Respond to emergency cleaning requests, such as spills or accidents, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to the Occupancy Manager.
- Adhere to the daily schedule, completing all assigned duties and maintaining the upkeep of designated areas and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
