• Cleans and picks up trash from around trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
• Cleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s). Tests pool water chemical levels daily and maintains proper chemical balance as required. Follows manufacturer’s directions for use of company-supplied materials and equipment.
• Cleans and maintains club facilities in an orderly, presentable and decorative fashion.
• Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities, including grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, driveways, entrances, foyers, breezeways, and recreational areas. May perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs and replacement of same.
• Thoroughly cleans out vacated apartments designated by supervisor and prepares them for make-ready and re-renting, including carpet repairs, dyeing and shampooing as needed.
• Incorporates safety and customer service in the performance of all duties.
• Maintains consistent and punctual attendance.
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or GED
• Previous apartment housekeeping or janitorial experience is highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Position Summary: Performs routine tasks, normally repetitive in nature, to sustain a peak level of cleanliness and neatness of the property’s appearance and curb appeal. Responsible daily for cleaning the community exterior including amenities and common areas using company-supplied materials and equipment and following manufacturer’s directions. Ensures peak appearance of the property exterior at all times. Provides non-technical support to other on-site staff positions.
