Commercial Service Managers lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, ensuring outstanding service delivery of Terminix products.

Our teams visit commercial customers nationwide, applying pest control treatments. The Service Manager ensures the team operates efficiently and maintains high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate continuous training of local sales and service teams.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive service vehicles.

• Associate’s degree and valid driver’s license required; a four‑year degree is highly desirable.
• Experience in a related field (1–2 years preferred but not required).
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Problem‑solving skills and practical solution orientation.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on safety.
• Basic to intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
