Woodscape apartments is now hiring a porter in houston, tx.

Responsibilities

* keep the property clean and free of trash and debris

* pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces

* clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas

* maintain dumpster and trash areas

* assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed

* report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

* help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Requirements

* previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.

* strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

* basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

* ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
