Multi-family make-ready experience required.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral responsibilities include making units ready for move‑in.
A thorough and complete knowledge of replacing and repairing kitchen appliances, minor plumbing, garbage disposal, bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, outlets, lock re‑keying, door hardware, and bathroom fixtures.
Must possess personal hand tools.
