Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes and other hand tools.;
Make multiple rounds daily to pick up and discard trash and debris.;
Empty all trash receptacles inside and out, including offices.;
Note and report burned out light bulbs and any malfunctions of equipment.;
Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
