Light Duty Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for replacing burned light bulbs, ceiling tiles, air returners grills, air vents grills, and performing other miscellaneous duties to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in good condition. An ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in these duties is a plus.
• ability to review and complete work orders in the Angus system.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

• Full-Time
• Pay Rate $15.00/hr
• Hours - Day, Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm, or 8 am - 5 pm.
