Job Description
- Assist welding craft in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial plant needs.
- Perform maintenance and repair work of a routine nature under the direct supervision of a mechanical supervisor.
- Perform general maintenance tasks necessary to maintain facilities and general cleaning/housekeeping tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- On-the-job training is offered.
- This position is safety-sensitive.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
