T&C Contractor Services is seeking a proactive, experienced Maintenance Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX. • Oversee maintenance operations for apartments and residential houses.
• Coordinate make-ready work and various property repairs.
• Inspect issues, provide accurate cost estimates, and ensure proper project follow-up.
• Manage work orders and maintain clear, professional communication with tenants, vendors, and the internal team.
• Ensure quality work by sending consistent updates, progress photos, and reports.

• Bilingual: (required for client and team communication).
• Proven experience in property maintenance or make-ready work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliance repair.
• Ability to accurately provide estimates.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Reliable transportation required (having a Pickup Truck is highly preferred).
