  This is a full-time position with daytime hours | Schedule options are Tuesday
  - Saturday or Sunday
  - Thursday

• Handle day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance across the community
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues and support safety procedures, including drills
• Keep key building systems running smoothly (lighting, water, equipment, etc.)
• Maintain clear and accurate service logs and assist during inspections
• Work safely in a fast-paced, physical environment with strong attention to detail

• Must be 18 years of age or older, required
• High school diploma or GED, required
• Relevant maintenance experience, preferred
