This position will perform a combination of duties that include physical inventory control, shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, forklift operations and maintenance and issuing supplies and/or materials.

• Performs shipping and receiving duties such as loading and unloading shipments, stocking material, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims with photos and detailed descriptions.
• Works from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, and package parts for each division.
• Supports facility maintenance and addresses departmental needs, ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment.

• Identifies and maintains inventory stock, including new stock; coordinates and performs physical inventories to assure accuracy and completeness of all inventory reports.

• Performs basic preventative maintenance and assists others in performing advanced corrective maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Maintains related records or reports as required and resolves discrepancies where needed.
• Handles warehouse and office maintenance, cleaning, organization, and minor repairs.

• Operates vehicles and equipment in adherence with training and company policies.
• Reports all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.
• Wears proper PPE when necessary.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.

• Valid forklift operations certification, preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license.

• 7–10 years of experience in a related field, preferred.
• Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks.
