Sheet Metal Mechanic

Job Summary (Sheet Metal Mechanic Aviation, Houston, TX)

• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and installations on corporate/business aircraft in accordance with FAA standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Fabricate and fit sheet metal parts, assemblies, and structures for aircraft.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals to complete tasks accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and modifications performed.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and inspection teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years' sheet metal or structural repair experience in aviation (corporate/business aircraft experience preferred).
• Experience with aircraft such as Cessna Citation, Learjet, Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Hawker Beechcraft, and Pilatus PC-24 is a plus.
• FAA A&P License preferred but not required.
• Must provide own tools and possess a history of reliability and stable work history.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Position is a long-term contract in a fast-paced, team-oriented, corporate aviation maintenance environment focused on quality and precision.
