Job Status: Non-exempt
Position Summary: Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the University.
Job Responsibilities:
- General maintenance
- Electrical repair
- Appliance repair
- Lock/key maintenance
- On call for maintenance emergencies
- Reports to director of maintenance and operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform and handle multi-tasks.
Education and/or
Experience:
5 years facilities related prior experience.
Other Job-Related Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Customer service oriented, prompt, efficient, and committed to quality.
- Advanced maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to safely drive a golf cart or similar vehicle.
