Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, washer/dryers & boiler systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses
  • Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance tasks
  • Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, washer/dryers & boiler systems. , fixtures, and general apartment interiors & swimming pools & pool equipment
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and services
  • Prepare and maintain records of maintenance activities
  • Evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and provide feedback
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and projects

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in apartment or property maintenance
  • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
