CBRE Government & Defense - 6001 Antoine Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction and oversight to custodial and groundskeeping staff to ensure assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule;
Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleaning and landscaping standards are consistently met;
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, groundskeeping techniques, chemical safety, equipment usage, and company policies;
Monitor supply inventory and ensure cleaning and grounds materials are stored securely and available as needed;
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding daily operations, task priorities, and safety guidelines
