To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform and handle multi-tasks.
Education and/or Experience5 years facilities related prior experience.

- Customer service oriented, prompt, efficient, and committed to quality.
- Advanced maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to safely drive a golf cart or similar vehicle.
