Job Overview

Mitigation Laborer (Mitigation Technician) – provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services, ensuring a clean, safe, and dry environment for affected homes.

• Assess, document, and communicate a plan to restore a property.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
• Remove water and damaged materials from the home.
• Carry and set up equipment.
• Demolish damaged parts of the house as needed.
• Clean the house in the final stage.
• Perform any additional duties assigned.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Humility, teachability, and willingness to serve others.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Hourly rate $16–$19, with overtime (time & ½ after 40 hours) and merit‑based pay increases at annual reviews. Potential for promotions based on performance and experience.
