In this role, you'll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance knowledge who is ready to grow beyond make-readies and gain more hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- EPA universal certification required
- General maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
