Property Manager – Public Storage

Hourly Rate: $13.50

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends up to 5 pm)

• Manage multiple property locations independently, working inside and outside the site
• Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily business
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required

• Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk or traverse facilities for up to 50 % of time, including outdoor environments, stairs, and large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and keeping exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Experience: Background in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license required; own vehicle to travel between locations and for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
