Under general supervision supervises and participates in skilled maintenance and repair of the Building Automated System (BAS) control of campus HVAC and exterior lighting system. Oversee building equipment maintenance, informing supervisor of problems and issues as they develop. Carry out Preventive Maintenance System as provided. Detail-oriented problem solving and decision making strong communication skills, writing strong leadership.

Perform maintenance on building automation equipment to include but not limited to: calibration, adjustment of controllers, and reprogramming of controllers. Oversee building equipment maintenance, informing supervisor of problems and issues as they develop. Maintains Central Plant which consist of Chillers, Boilers, and Cooling Towers. Interfaces with contractors to understand, convey and interpret information documents, standards, codes or best practice and provide quality assurance Maintain knowledge of required adherence to recognize standards and codes.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
