Location: Houston, TX 77086
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Assignment: 90-day contract with temp-to-hire opportunity
We are looking for a dependable Sanitation Associate to help keep our food production facility clean and safe. This position works in a refrigerated environment and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
Responsibilities- Clean production areas, break rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas.
- Restock supplies such as gloves, hairnets, soap, and paper towels.
- Break down boxes using a box cutter.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Complete other cleaning duties as assigned.
- At least 6 months of cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation experience.
- Food industry experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a cold environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Able to use a box cutter safely.
