Needs to have experience w/ Carpet Cleaning and VCT Flooring.

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing of surface floors.
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent work history.
• Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction.
• Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Education:
  
  High school degree preferred but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous floor tech experience preferred.
