Senior Maintenance Team Leader

Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll efficiently troubleshoot and repair apartments and public areas. You will train staff on maintenance techniques, oversee the condition of your assigned neighborhood, and serve as a technical resource for the team, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Compensation:
Starting at $28.50, based on experience

• Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned
• Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer’s recommendations
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure
• Serve as the lead mechanic in assigned area(s) and be responsible for the overall condition of the neighborhood(s)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a residential apartment complex, construction, or commercial building maintenance
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
• Working knowledge of HVAC
• Expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessary
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Current EPA certification to handle refrigerants. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
