Lead maintenance staff, oversee tasks, address questions, review work orders, ensure compliance, develop and execute action plans;
Manage state surveys, being onsite during inspections, and assist surveyors as needed;
Perform preventative maintenance inspections to include HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and test department emergency systems;
Schedule and coordinate the repair or replacement of equipment, building, grounds or utility systems;
Develop and provide training to hospital staff regarding its safety program
