Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining community appearance, and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of general maintenance experience, HVAC Certification, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Bilingual candidates are preferred. The position demands physical activity and adherence to safety policies.
