Maintenance Technician – Texas Markets

As we continue expanding across Texas, we are seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to support multiple markets throughout the state.

• Respond to and resolve facility maintenance requests across multiple Texas locations via the company's ticketing system.
• Prioritize service calls and travel schedules based on business needs and operational urgency.
• Perform routine building repairs and preventative maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, tile replacement, and other cosmetic facility repairs.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and contractors for specialized repair services.
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully operational store environments.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership, District Managers, and internal teams.
• Document completed work and update maintenance requests through the ticketing system.
• Travel throughout Texas markets as required, including occasional after‑hours, emergency, or weekend service calls.

• Experience in facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic repairs.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple maintenance requests using a ticketing system.
• Proven track record of responding promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with employees, managers, and contractors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel across Texas regions, organizing trips based on workload and urgency.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to performing all work safely and in compliance with company standards.

• Base salary: $40,000 annually.
