Supervisor de Limpieza Tardes​/Cleaning Supervisor Evenings

Position Overview

Office Pride of Houston-Montrose is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor for the evening shift (Monday‑Friday, 4‑5 pm to 12‑1 am). This full‑time role involves managing several accounts and supervising 20‑30 employees.

• Inspect and perform quality control to ensure all accounts meet cleaning standards.
• Cover or arrange for coverage when other cleaners call in or cannot work.
• Manage front‑line commercial cleaners and oversee the Chronotek system.
• Assist with training, startups, and building the management team as needed and within budget.
• Report daily to the General Manager and maintain constant communication.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, account for time, tasks completed, and outstanding tasks; problem‑solve with the GM.
• Inspect and restock assigned accounts; manage floaters when needed.
• Handle all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your accounts.
• Work additional hours necessary to perform the above duties and other business‑support tasks.

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, restock supplies, wipe down surfaces, remove trash.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Arrive at client locations on time, perform services to established standards, and secure the facility before leaving.
• Respond promptly and positively to customer work orders.
• Comply with all safety policies, product usage, and incident reporting requirements.

• Detail oriented with extra attention to special requests.
• Friendly and professional when dealing with on‑site customers.
• Team player capable of collaborating with dependents in a shared environment.
• Self‑starter who identifies and completes needed work independently.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn, seek challenges, and take on additional responsibilities.
• Efficient in finding the best and fastest way to achieve tasks without compromising quality.

• Management experience is required.
• Cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to speak and write both English and Spanish fluently is required.

• Physical demands: walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling, lifting, repetitive arm movements.
• Travel to/from customers’ business locations is required.
• A vehicle is required.
• Uniforms must be worn during work hours.

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
