This on-site opportunity is located in Houston, TX, and supports field service operations by managing logistics for parts and tools, coordinating shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation for service activities.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to the success and growth of the organization by coordinating logistics for field service parts and tools and supporting related activities.
Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming shipments of parts and tools, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- Select, pack, and ship rigging and lifting equipment based on job scope
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
- Coordinate tool calibration programs and expedite parts as needed
- Communicate critical order information to internal and external customers
- Support Field Service KPIs
- Act as backup for other Field Service Coordinators
- Support Field Service Technicians on simple repairs and maintenance activities
- Use digital platforms for customer updates
- Participate in meetings and improvement initiatives
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, job shop, or customer service environment
- Forklift certification preferred; ability to lift at least 80 lbs
- Experience with cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Familiarity with standard PC software and web-based platforms
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically within the USA for training or site visits
- Demonstrates customer focus, agility, and a strong ability to learn

The hourly rate for this role typically ranges from $23/hr. to $25/hr.
