We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on high standards of hygiene and organization.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Maintain floors through regular buffing and care to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental guidelines.
• Provide porter services by managing supplies and assisting with the movement of equipment or furniture as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
