We are seeking to hire Lead General Cleaner. The Lead General Cleaner is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to ensure the efficient operation of the account. Primary responsibilities include issuing and retrieving keys from staff, monitoring work performance to ensure assigned duties are completed according to company standards, providing guidance and support to team members, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and assisting management with daily operational needs.

This position will perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom or break room cleaning as needed to provide coverage during employee absences, staffing shortages, or other operational need. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits

• Pay rate $16.00 per hour
• Hours Monday - Friday 4:45pm
  -10:45 pm, Saturday 8:00am
  -4:00 pm
