The Abbey at Willowbrook is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and safety of the community. You will coordinate repairs, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure apartments and common areas meet high standards of quality and safety.
Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. HVAC certification and CPO are preferred. Weekend availability is required.
