Fannin Offices Night-Shift Housekeeper

Maintains the day‑to‑day cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of public and common areas in commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention center, arena, and other institutional facilities. This position focuses on ongoing daytime service, restroom and common‑area replenishment, trash removal, touch‑up cleaning, and quick response to cleaning needs in occupied spaces.

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and spot‑cleans floors.
• Spot‑cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Empties wastebaskets, ashtrays, and cleans them.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Cleans glass and windows.
• Stocks restrooms and common areas.
• Operates a quality‑assurance platform for entering tasks, updating, and resolving work tickets as necessary.

High school diploma or GED required; experience in janitorial work preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to use mobile devices or on‑site systems for task reporting, time tracking, or work ticket updates. Training will be provided.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; understand and communicate basic instructions and safety information in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to solve practical problems related to the job; follow written and oral instructions from managers and supervisors; correctly use chemicals, supplies, and tools assigned; operate mechanical equipment once trained; detect equipment malfunctions.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
