Junior Critical Facilities Technician - CTX

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure isoperatedand maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and withinmanufacturersrecommendations.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasksin accordance withSF practicesutilizingthe internal CMMS.
• Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities
• Escort and support outside contractors, ensuring they are abiding SF work rules and processes
• Respond to site incidents, executeappropriate MOP/EOPdocumentation to resolve and/or mitigate issues and communicate to manage throughoutevent.
• Support and follow all SF Change Control policies and procedures.
• Perform site rounds and report any issues found to site management.
• Participate in construction and commissioning activities as directed by site management
• Adhere to all local,stateand federal safety laws and requirements
• Complete other duties as assigned by the management team
• Participate in and supportMOP/SOP/EOP documentation process for site.
• Participate in and support the development of site policies and standards
• Work with site team members to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent AND preferably 1 year experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
• Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working toa high levelof accuracy
