Maintenance Supervisor - The Abbey at Willowbrook
FULL TIME HOURLY |
Location:
Willowbrook, Houston, TX, US
- Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
- Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Anticipate, identify and correct any problems involving the property and implement procedures to prevent such problems, maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the property owner.
- Minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification (preferred).
- CPO certification (preferred).
- High energy, positive, team-oriented.
- Professional appearance.
- Highly detailed and performance-driven.
- Excellent service skills.
- Ability to manage and organize multiple projects.
- Availability for weekend work.
