The Cleaning, Commercial, and Groundskeeping Supervisor oversees custodial and grounds maintenance to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. They coordinate daily work, monitor quality and safety compliance, and ensure tasks meet company standards and contractual requirements.

• Provide daily supervision and direction to custodial and groundskeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleaning and landscaping standards.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Monitor supply inventory and ensure proper storage.
• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning high-traffic areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Manage groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and debris removal.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and address minor issues appropriately.

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of custodial or groundskeeping experience.
• Prior supervisory or multi‑site management experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and follow established procedures.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Occasional exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, chemicals, and other elements.
