We're looking for a   dependable, detail-oriented cleaner   to join our team as a   part-time W2 employee  . You'll handle Airbnb turnover cleans and residential jobs across Houston.

This is a part-time position to start — currently averaging   10–20 hours per week   — with a clear path to full-time hours as our client base grows.## Responsibilities
* Complete Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays
* Perform residential standard and deep cleans
* Follow a room-by-room checklist and upload completion photos through our team app after every job
* Communicate arrival and completion times through staff portal
* Report any property damage observed during cleans## Requirements
* Reliable, punctual, takes pride in quality work
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
* Comfortable working independently
* Must pass a full background check
* Reliable transportation across Houston
* Smartphone with camera for post-clean photo documentation
* Eligible to work in the United States## Nice to Haves
* Previous Airbnb or vacation rental turnover experience
