We are currently seeking a Housekeeper at our Houston - Woodway community.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community's common areas and apartments. Ensures that residents, guests, and team members have a positive impression of the community as it relates to cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. The Housekeeper reports directly to our Housekeeping Manager who oversees day to day operations of the community's Housekeeping department.

• Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
• Dusting common areas and apartments
• Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens in apartments
• Cleaning elevators, restrooms and other common areas
• Following job routines and schedules
• Project work as assigned

• Experience cleaning in private or hospitality-based cleaning environments or equivalent experience and education.
• Ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in a systematic fashion.
• Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to interact positively with others.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate attitude.
