Responsibilities- Maintaining all vacant units in rent ready condition
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the office, models (if applicable) and the laundry facilities
- Maintaining an A+ appearance for all make ready apartments upon completion
- Other miscellaneous duties
- Most duties require being outside in very warm or cold temperatures
