Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair airport facilities and building systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing components;
Lead scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance while guiding preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities;
Repair or replace facility equipment and components using blueprints, manuals, and work orders;
Perform inspections and identify maintenance issues before they impact operations;
Accurately document maintenance activities in CMMS and communicate updates to supervisors and site leadership
