Service Technician - Cadence Creek at Towne Lake

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Follows procedures to access and obtain materials from the property maintenance department, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and general maintenance
