The NRP Group LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve apartment communities. You will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Under supervision, you will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, safety tasks, and daily operations; weekend/on-call duties may be required. A high school diploma or equivalent and EPA certification, along with a valid driver’s license, are preferred.
