Supervisor, Workshop

Responsible for and supervise all activities in the Workshop to meet the highest standards of excellence, and continuously develop personnel and procedures to ensure the highest level of performance and competence, in accordance with Quality and HSE requirements.

• Organize work and personnel in the workshop, to assure assembling, testing and maintenance of equipment is executed in due time.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of TDW and customers equipment.
• Assist in solving technical issues related to project deliveries.
• Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality requirements.
• Personnel responsibility for technicians in the workshop Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Experience with in the pipeline services or oil service industry Manager/supervisor/team leader experience.

• Ability to work in an international environment, to prioritize properly in a hectic environment and under pressure.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Great leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and stay up to date on relevant technology.
