Day Porter - South College Campus

CCS Facility Services -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain and clean common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings by performing duties including spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome on lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs and wiping cab doors, walls, and tops; inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; clean and empty restrooms; sweep stairs and entrances;

remove debris from landscaped areas; police lobby during high-traffic times; report lights out and solicitors to management; assist building engineer daily as needed
