Maintenance Technician - Sycamore Heights

- Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies and safety standards.;
Make apartment homes ready for leasing by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work.;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track used materials, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders.;
Document and recordkeeping to ensure service requests are properly documented and traceable.;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including trash/debris removal, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
