Outlet Quality Associate - Houston Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the Houston Outlet to ensure the facility meets company standards. This role partners with the Outlet Team to maintain building systems, grounds, and operational assets while minimizing disruptions to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of exterior and interior building areas, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
